About this

A new chapter of visual negotiation using simple shapes to find intriguing suggestions of stories.

In this set of images, I push against the clean aesthetics of standard geometry renders to seek a more dynamic range of texture and style while also exploring work associations and hinting at narrative while remaining open ended and not clearly situated in a version of prose.

I'm really fascinated by the almost and the not quite, which can be achieved by getting close to something but then stopping or by becoming something but then making changes until it isn't what it was before. In both cases this refers to a more stable expection or assumption about the intent and context for visual materia.

I hope you enjoy skimming or staring into these coded questions.
